In Virginia, with Worker’s Compensation, how many hours are you allowed to pay an employee per day?

Question by technoboogie8: In Virginia, with Worker’s Compensation, how many hours are you allowed to pay an employee per day?
I believe I read somewhere only 8 hours a day, up to 40 hours a week, but I need something in writing. Does anyone know where I can find this information?

its based on what the person worked prior to the accident
if you worked 4 hours a day 3 days a week thats what you get
