Earlier this month, Doug said high-level, reliable sources told him the Department of Homeland Security is preparing for “massive civil war” in America as a result of a collapse of the dollar and the hyperinflation that will result. CIA Operative Appointed to Run Al-Qaeda Connected Libyan Rebels – Alex Jones Tv 2/2

Kurt Nimmo March 29, 2011 www.infowars.com www.prisonplanet.tv www.infowars.net www.prisonplanet.com On Saturday, McClatchy reported that Khalifa Hifter, a former Gaddafi military officer, was appointed to lead the rebel army supported by the United Nations, the United States and the Globalist Coalition. The rebels, portrayed as heroic by the corporate media, are run by the CIA and the globalists. Photo: BRQ Network. Hifter spent two decades living in suburban Virginia “where he established a life but maintained ties to anti-Gaddafi groups,” writes Chris Adams for the newspaper. A friend told the journalist he “was unsure exactly what Hifter did to support himself, and that Hifter primarily focused on helping his large family.” As it turns out, Mr. Hifter is a CIA operative, which likely explains his lengthy stay in Virginia. In 1996, the Washington Post reported that a Col. Haftar (a variation on Hifter) had arrived in the United States and he was “reported to be the leader of a contra-style group based in the US called the Libyan National Army,” the Wisdom Fund noted at the time. “This group is supported by the US, and has been given training facilities in the US It’s a good presumption that Col. Haftar’s group operates in Libya with the blessings of our government.” In 2001, Le Monde diplomatique published a book entitled Manipulations africaines stating that Hifter, then a colonel in Gaddafi’s army, was captured while fighting in Chad in a Libyan-backed rebellion

He thinks his listeners are such idiots that he doesn’t even have to act anymore. What a stupid schmuck. Keep falling for it idiots lemmings that follow everything this idiot says and he has the nerve to call people outside his influence sheep! Crazy. Rick Perry and Newt “the asshole” Gingrich fail to get on ballot in Virginia and cry like babies afterward. What a bunch of simpletons. Ha, ha assholes! Syria has Arab League observers in place to look at the situation and Iran is making noises along with counter noises by the US. I hold by my prediction of no new military action until after the election. Obama proves once again that he is Bush reincarnated only worse by appointing a Carlyle Group man, Jerome Powell, to the Federal Reserve Board. The Marxist trappings make him ideal to destroy anything left of this place and make it into the plantation colony it always was but more openly and clearly. The circus of the payroll tax cut and the assault on Social Security was in the news. Mind you they have achieved their goal

Signs and Signals – St Loy’s Road
Network advertising
Clutter of signs and hoardings on the corner of St Loy’s Road and High Road Tottenham.

Sometimes I cynically wonder if discussion of buildings and architecture makes much sense in poorer city areas – as many of the most prominent structures are billboards.

The largest billboard on this corner is owned by JCDecaux, who are crystal clear about their aims.

Here’s a quote from their website. (Re-checked 18 September 2010).

Billboards
The most noticeable networks
delivering standout and coverage

JCDecaux’s billboard network has the most illumination, greater POSTAR noticability and higher audience delivery. A huge investment programme in this growing sector means our sites are always best maintained and utilise the latest technology for unmissable displays 24/7.

But is that what we want for our cities and towns? Proliferation of ever larger more prominent billboards? They used to be just paper. Lighting was added. Then many became boxes with internal lighting and revolving slats which continually changed poster. The light-boxes began shining outwards. And the newest signs have animation. And all these ‘improvements’ need gantries which extend over adjacent property and often over the public highway.

No doubt, the billboard companies would claim that the none of this requires fresh planning permission.
