I need to get an author from virginia who writes about either insurance or finance to see if he or she can be a guest speaker at one of my company’s events coming up in 2007. I know this is a tough one to ask but I have tried almost all my resources here. just figured I would give this thing a shot.

OK, you need to call up your local professional organization – www.iiaa.org to locate them – they’ll have people on staff that have written insurance articles. You’ll probably have to pay them, though, and pay their travel expenses.
