Some counties offer online databases so you can check if the name you want has already been taken or is still available

Fairfax County in Virginia, for example has a Trade Name index that can be found in their Courts Automated Recording System (CARS) via the Court Public Access Network (CPAN) for names already recorded. http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/courts/circuit/cpan.htm

Check the website of the county you are interested in and find out if they the information online

Several buildings in downtown Sutton are on the National Register of Historic Places. Notable among these is the County Courthouse and the old County Jail. On the courthouse square you will also find a monument to Sutton County veterans of wars dating back to the American Revolution. The Historic District is roughly bounded by Main St., River View Dr., and First St. It consists of 270 acres, 85 buildings, and 2 structures.

Sutton, first settled in 1792, has a colorful history that figures prominently in the early settlement and development of western Virginia’s interior. Its location on the Weston and Gauley Bridge Turnpike made Sutton a strategic point during the War Between the States.

That time of year is unpredictable. I would guess mid-60’s during the day and upper 40’s at night. Our rainy season starts in April so you could get some showers too.
