Question by Forza Juve: I am relocating and want to sell my house……?
I might have an opportunity to move to Virginia for a job, but my wife and I are worried about selling our home here in desolate Michigan. This state is horrible and is going down the drain rapidly. We dont want to lose our butts, or ruin her credit (because its under name, because I am a Canadian waiting for my green card) by doing foreclosure or short sale. We are freaking out because we have had no action on our house. Anyone have suggestions or want to buy a great affordable first home?????
Answer by Skinny Buy a new car buy the new house in Virginia get everything you need credit wise and do the short sale…it sucks but you have no choice it seems.
