If my spouse installs spector pro on our computer and you aren’t aware of it and takes emails to lawyer, it is illegally obtained because you were not made aware of it. Can the evidence be thrown out of a court in Virginia

Depends on if that state is a fault or no fault divorce. In California we are no fault so it wouldn’t matter.
